Allison Walker

My name is Allison Walker, and I am currently a JavaScript developer at Eleven Fifty Academy (EFA). I enjoy painting, cooking, and hiking at Will Rogers State Park. I am a passionate person that is always looking to push myself and be a better developer.

Before coming to EFA, I was a hairstylist for 5 years as I always liked meeting and getting to know new people. I am originally from Indiana, but relocated to Mar Vista, California two years ago. I did hair for the first six months, but decided that I wanted to do something bigger than being behind the chair. I like taking on new challenges and acquiring new skills that would utilize my love for problem solving and curiosity for the tech community.
